Detailed Job Description
Our client, a high profile consulting business, is looking for a Managing Director who will oversee the Chicago office, providing leadership and direction.

The Managing Director has responsibility for providing input to and supporting the implementation of corporate strategic plans with respect to the Chicago office in keeping with the company's global matrix management philosophy.

The Managing Director's responsibility is to manage and monitor the profitability of the Chicago Office and alert senior management to events or decisions that could positively or negatively impact this. The Managing Director is also responsible for maintaining an appropriate culture and morale in their office.
