Detailed Job Description
This fast-growth company designs, manufactures and markets various sporting goods products.

The Group Human Resources Director is responsible for administering the company's Human Resources department and its associated functions.

This position will provide leadership, training and guidance to a staff of twelve individuals, including a compensation and benefits team; policies team, administration and counseling team, recruiting team; and communications team.

The company wishes to transform Human Resources into a more strategic function within the company. Candidates must have senior-level executive experience managing and motivating top-talent human resources teams that have played important roles in enhancing company performance within their industry.
