Detailed Job Description
Our client is looking for a motivated individual with a strong finance/accounting background who is looking for a challenge.

The Director of Finance plays a key role in the decision-making process and goal-setting activities of the company.

In addition to overseeing the financial planning and business analysis for all operations/support functions, the Director of Finance will administer, analyze and report on the quarterly forecast, annual budget and operating plans; provide financial consulting and strategic planning support to senior management; provide transfer pricing and profitability analyses; manage/develop a team of managers/financial analysts to ensure tools and analyses are consistent and effective; and clearly communicate results, issues and trends.

The candidate must have at least ten years financial management experience and solid leadership background, as well as exceptional analytical skills and strong technical finance/accounting depth.
