Detailed Job Description
A unique opportunity to get in early and be the Sales and Marketing Director for what will ultimately be the grandest golf course outside of Augusta, designed by the premier golfer of his time, in a luxurious, amenity-filled community.

Our client is looking for someone with a proven ability to carry this upscale development from concept to launch and beyond, from overseeing corporate identity and collateral development to managing a stellar sales force.

This position requires a director who has a keen design and marketing eye, is passionate about sales, is business savvy, and has the drive to deliver against targets. Management experience is a must, as well as strong communication skills and the capacity to translate strategy into action.

Candidates should have a minimum 7-10 years experience in sales and marketing of upscale residential developments. Additional information about this open position is available upon request.
